Kaseya VSA two-way sync is here!

We now officially support two-way sync feature with Kaseya VSA.

We now officially support two-way sync feature with Kaseya VSA.

What does this mean?

A few things, so here’s a bulleted list:

  • We can now populate our precious warranty dates automatically/continuously back into your Kaseya VSA via API.
  • This doesn’t require custom fields! Kaseya created two brand new native fields to hold this information.
  • This feature is now live! Note: You will need Kaseya VSA version 9.5.0.2 or greater in order for it to work.

How to get started?

Simple! Just login (or signup if haven’t already) and navigate to your Kaseya VSA sync settings and notice these two shiny new checkboxes:
