Today is a big day for Warranty Master as we have officially doubled our integrations by adding support for both Kaseya and N-Central (which I’ve learned is mostly known as N-Able). This brings our total supported integrations to four (4). As if that weren’t enough, you can now add these integrations in addition to your existing Autotask and/or ConnectWise integrations. Why would you do this? The answer is a little further below.
(can you spot the two new RMM integrations above?)
We couldn’t leave all you non-Kaseya/N-Able users in the dark, so we released a little something that could come in very handy for everybody: You can now hide Virtual Machines and/or devices with unknown expiry dates from your Customer PDFs. This means the reports will look much cleaner to your end-customers, especially for those of you who haven’t quite got all your serial numbers populated.
(before vs. after enabling the optional new customer report settings to hide VMs and unknown expiries)
OK, so what about multiple data sources? Here’s why it’s great:
(insight into where the assets are coming from when using multiple data sources)
Having said all that, some people prefer to just keep a single data source connected. That’s OK too, and if your data is clean, then our reports will be too. You can even do a mix of both, for example, sync everything from Kaseya/N-Able but only the servers in ConnectWise/Autotask to backfill. Phew….
With all this tech talk and feature releasing, I just want to circle back and remind our newer readers to check out the true cost of slow computers if you haven’t already done so. Warranty management is what brought us all together in the first place, right?
PS I can already hear many of you asking “What about LabTech?”… as per our new integrations page, it’s coming soon!
