Fair Billing Policy

Your subscription price level will automatically scale up as the maximum number of unique assets in your ScalePad account grows:

  • At any time, you can view your current license level from our Billing page.
  • All prices are in USD.

How do multiple users affect Billing?

There is no extra cost for added users. Invite as many team members as you'd like (within reason).

How do duplicate hardware assets affect Billing?

ScalePad has intelligent systems to automatically detect duplicate hardware assets. Duplicates are consolidated into one unique hardware asset. This means you will not be charged multiple times for the same asset.

How do multiple integrations affect Billing?

We encourage you to add all of your integrations, because duplicate hardware assets don’t increase your Billing.

For example, if we detect a hardware asset with Serial Number “ABC123” from ConnectWise Manage, and another one from ConnectWise Automate with the same serial number, they will be consolidated into one unique hardware asset—not affecting your Billing, as this only counts as one asset.

Subscription Period

You may choose to terminate your subscription at any time by providing one month's written notice in advance of your next term renewal. You will still need to pay all relevant subscription fees up to and including the day of termination.
