Effective Date: June 1, 2025 End Date: June 30, 2025. By participating in the ScalePad “Unlock Your $50 Gift Card” Incentive Program (the “Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:1. Eligibility -1.1 The Program is open to individuals residing in North America who are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. 1.2 The Program is Only available to NEW business professionals from an MSP (Managed Service Provider) evaluating ScalePad solutions. Existing partners are not eligible..1.3 Employees, contractors, or representatives of ScalePad and its affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible.1.4 The Program is void where prohibited by law or where participation would violate any applicable laws or company policies.2. Program Participation 2.1 To qualify, participants must: 2.1.a Self-book and attend a demo for any ScalePad solution using the official “Unlock Your $50 Gift Card” form. 2.1.b Complete the demo by June 30, 2025, 11:59 PM PT.2.2 Participants may redeem only one (1) gift card per person and per company during the Program period, regardless of the number of demos attended. 2.3 ScalePad reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and may disqualify participants who provide false, incomplete, or misleading information.3. Incentive Details 3.1 Eligible participants will receive one (1) $50 USD digital gift card from Amazon or another available vendor option. 3.2 Gift cards will be delivered via email within one (1) business week after successful completion of the demo.3.3 Gift card vendors are subject to availability and may change at ScalePad’s discretion. 3.4 The gift card is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 4. Limitations and Disclaimers 4.1 ScalePad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. 4.2 ScalePad is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered emails, technical issues, or any circumstances beyond its control that may affect gift card fulfillment. 4.3 Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting, or compliance obligations related to receiving the gift card. 4.4 Any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical behavior, as determined by ScalePad, will result in immediate disqualification from the Program. 5. Legal Compliance 5.1 By participating, you acknowledge and agree that this Program does not constitute an offer, inducement, or reward in violation of anti-bribery, anti-corruption, or conflict of interest policies applicable to you or your employer. 5.2 The Program is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
