ControlMap Risk-to-Roadmap Generator

Using ScalePad MCP and ControlMap, retrieve the current risk profile and existing roadmap items for [CLIENT NAME].

First, identify the client’s key risks and any gaps between their current and target risk posture. Then review the current roadmap to avoid duplicating or conflicting with existing initiatives.

Based on this, generate a proposed QBR roadmap derived from the most meaningful risks.

For each risk:
- Summarize the risk in clear, business-friendly language
- Define the gap between current and desired state
- Propose 1–3 practical initiatives to reduce the risk
- Map each initiative to a Business Goal → Initiative → Expected Outcome
- Recommend a realistic roadmap timing (Now / Next / Later)
- Indicate if a similar or related initiative already exists on the roadmap

Prioritize initiatives that are actionable, aligned with MSP delivery capabilities, and appropriate for a strategic QBR conversation.

Output format:

1. Proposed Roadmap Summary (Pre-Push Review)
- High-level overview of what is being recommended and why
- Key themes (e.g., security maturity, compliance gaps, operational risk)
- Notable overlaps or gaps compared to the current roadmap

2. Risk-by-Risk Initiative Recommendations
