What data does SaaS Manager collect and doesn't collect?

Collected: desktop app names and time used, web domains visited (not full URLs or page titles), device details, security settings like disk encryption and firewall status, and installed software. Never collected: keystrokes, screenshots, file contents, email or message content, or anything typed or viewed inside an app.

Is this another agent on my endpoints?

How do approvals work?
