THE STORY

One company, built on purpose.

ScalePad started in 2015 as Warranty Master — one sharp idea about hardware asset lifecycle management. The idea got bigger. Clients were asking their MSPs for more than uptime; they wanted a partner who could see the whole picture. One product couldn't deliver that. So we assembled it. Warranty management and renewals in 2018. Software asset management in 2020. Backup monitoring in 2021. Business intelligence, compliance, and quote-to-cash through 2023. SaaS Management intelligence from Produce8 in 2026. Each acquisition added another part of the MSP operating system that MSPs were being forced to build themselves — and the platform underneath keeps them connected. The result isn't a feature catalog. It's a company that takes the MSP opportunity seriously enough to build the tools, the methodology, and the community to capture it.
