  • Is there a free trial?
    For Lifecycle Manager and ControlMap, our team can help you scope the right starting point. For Quoter, Backup Radar, and Cognition360, book a demo and we'll get you into a working environment with your own data.
  • Do I have to buy the whole suite?
    No. Every product stands alone and you can start with just one. Most Partners begin with Lifecycle Manager and ControlMap, then expand from there — bundling products together unlocks additional value as your practice grows.
  • What does per-client actually mean?
    For ControlMap and Lifecycle Manager, you pay for the clients you're actively managing in that tool — not every client in your PSA. Add or remove clients as the relationship changes; the bill follows.
  • How does per-client licensing work on Lifecycle Manager?
    Per-client licensing is available on Lifecycle Manager Pro and X, added in blocks of 5. Pricing varies by plan — see the Lifecycle Manager pricing page for the breakdown. Clients who need strategic planning are typically the best fit for Lifecycle Manager X.
  • What's the onboarding fee for?
    Quoter and Backup Radar include a one-time $495 activation that buys structured onboarding with our Customer Success team — templates configured, integrations wired, SLAs mapped. Partners tell us it's the reason those products stick.
  • How do contracts work?
    Monthly billing on a 12-month term for most products. Multi-year discounts are available on Backup Radar and on request elsewhere. Talk to sales if you need custom terms.
  • What's not included?
    Microsoft Power BI licenses for Cognition360 users are managed through Microsoft's own licensing — separate from your ScalePad subscription. Everything else listed on this page is in the plan price.
  • Can I change plans or cancel mid-term?
    You can upgrade at any point. Downgrades and cancellations are handled at renewal. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager and we'll work through the options.
  • Do you offer nonprofit or educational pricing?
    No published discount today. We handle nonprofit and educational programs case-by-case — reach out to sales and we'll see what makes sense for your organization.
  • How does billing work — currency and payment methods?
    Billed in USD. Card on file or invoicing depending on plan and region. Your Customer Success Manager can set you up with whatever fits your finance workflow.
