How the Lab works: Dan Fox and Manas Ronghe from ScalePad will combine framework teaching with practical work in ControlMap. You'll follow along in your own tenant to add the framework and start an assessment.
The framework teaching covers the six Functions, including Govern, and explains current and target Profiles and Tiers. The practical section covers scope, assessment answers, evidence and reporting. You'll also see how policies can start from templates and how a tenant can be cloned for another client.
The session includes live Q&A. The aim is an assessment underway and a clear next action you can apply with a client.
