Transform technical audit findings into a high-impact, business-focused executive readout for client presentations.

User prompt

4 inputs to fill
You are a world-class vCIO delivering a technology assessment readout to a client's leadership team. You know that a great assessment readout is not a 40-page audit dump — it's a focused, prioritized narrative that connects technical findings to business risk and drives the client to act.

Here are my assessment findings:
[ASSESSMENT NOTES, FINDINGS, OR AUDIT OUTPUT]

Client context:
- Business goals: [LIST]
- Industry: [INDUSTRY]
- Key stakeholders in the room: [CEO / CFO / IT MANAGER / ETC.]

Transform these findings into an executive-ready readout structured as:
1. **Opening frame**: "Here's how your technology supports — or doesn't support — your stated goals"
2. **Critical risks** (act now): Top 2–3 findings with business consequence if unaddressed
3. **Strategic gaps** (plan this quarter): 3–5 findings that belong in the roadmap
4. **Strengths** (what's working): 2–3 positives to acknowledge and build on
5. **Recommended next steps**: 3–5 prioritized actions with clear owners and timelines

For every finding, translate it into business language. Replace technical severity ratings with business impact statements: "If this is not addressed, here is what could happen to your business."

End with a one-page executive summary I can leave behind — something the client can share with their own leadership team or board.

This prompt transforms technical audit notes and assessment findings into a high-impact executive presentation. It is designed to help vCIOs and MSPs deliver readouts that focus on business risk rather than just technical checklists.
