Introducing the ScalePad Public Roadmap: How We’re Building in the Open

We're moving fast. Here's how to keep up.

ScalePad is developing new products at a pace the MSP industry hasn't seen before. We’ve shipped 56 items in the last six months alone—some of them so major that, historically, they would have been standalone products. As a result, we've had to rethink how we communicate to keep up.

That’s why we’ve just launched the ScalePad Roadmap: a public product roadmap giving you a live, always-current view of what we're actively building, what's coming next, and what we've already shipped. It’s how we’re making our plans visible, and keeping the door open for partners to weigh in on what gets built.

And the roadmap is just one part of how we're staying transparent. Below, we share how you can stay informed—and have your say in what comes next—across all of our communication channels.

Catch All the Updates on the ScalePad Roadmap

The ScalePad public roadmap is your one-stop shop to see what’s new and what’s next across all our products. It’s organized around four themes that reflect where MSPs are telling us they need the most support:

  • Workflow Efficiency: Smarter automation to eliminate repetitive work
  • Connected Ecosystem: Deeper integrations with the tools already in your stack
  • Platform Growth: Consolidating more of your operations in one place
  • Actionable Insights: Reporting and data that actually helps you make decisions

Items move through three stages: Now (actively being built), Next (queued up), and Shipped (live and available). You can also filter by product so you just see the recent or upcoming features that are most relevant to you.

Have Your Say at ScalePad Ideas

The roadmap shows what we're building. But, the exciting part is that you get a say in what we prioritize. ScalePad Ideas is where you influence what ends up on our roadmap.

Submit a feature request, vote on ideas from other partners, and track what happens to them. Our product team is monitoring this page continuously and replying in near real-time—so, when something you've asked for changes status or ships, you'll hear about it. It's how we close the loop between your feedback and what actually gets prioritized.

Connect With Our Team at Product Studio Webinars

Held quarterly across two tracks, Product Studio is where you can hear directly from the ScalePad product team on what's shipping and where things are headed.

Each session is live and interactive, with product demos, practical walkthroughs, and open Q&A. Past sessions are also available on demand if you missed one.

See upcoming sessions and register for the ones you’d like to attend on the Product Studio page.

Follow Our CEO Chris Day for New Feature Updates

Every Friday, our CEO Chris Day drops a weekly feature roundup on LinkedIn called Fresh Feature Friday. Each post breaks down exactly what shipped that week across ScalePad products: specific features, new integrations, enhancements, all with enough detail that you know what changed and why it matters.

It's one of the fastest ways to stay current between bigger announcements, and it's a good read even if you're only tracking one product.

Get Email Updates via Our Monthly Product Roundup

Once a month, we pull together the most important product updates across Lifecycle Manager, ControlMap, Quoter, and Backup Radar into a single email (the version you can actually read in five minutes and forward to your team). It gets sent from your account rep, so if it's not showing up in your inbox, double check with them to make sure you're on the list.

See the Full Breakdown on Our Product Updates Blog

We publish dedicated updates for noteworthy new features, integrations, or enhancements at scalepad.com/updates. These aren't changelogs—each post goes deep on what changed, how it works, and why it matters for your business.

With 109 posts published and new ones dropping regularly, it's the most complete record of everything we've shipped, and a useful resource when you want to dig into something specific.

This Is What Building in the Open Looks Like

As we continue to move quickly, we promise to always keep you in the loop. These channels exist because velocity only means something if our partners can actually see it: what's shipping, what's coming, and where you fit into the process of deciding what gets built next.

Pick the format that matches how you like to stay informed. And if something should be on the roadmap that isn't yet, you know where to find us.
