In addition to its product announcements, ScalePad shared insights from its newly released 2026 MSP Trends Report in a panel discussion led by Luis Giraldo, Chief Evangelist at ScalePad, alongside industry leaders Martin DesRosiers of Lyra Technology Group, Nett Lynch of Kraft & Kennedy, and Robert Cioffi of Progressive Computing. Drawing from a survey of more than 1,100 North American MSPs, the panel explored how service providers are responding to pricing pressure, competition, AI adoption, compliance, and hiring challenges in 2026.
