Microsoft security conversations are some of the most important discussions MSPs have with their clients but turning Microsoft security data into something clients can easily understand hasn't always been straightforward.
That's why we're excited to introduce Microsoft Secure Score Deliverables in Lifecycle Manager.
With this new integration, MSPs can automatically transform Microsoft 365 security data into executive-ready reports that help clients understand their current security posture, track progress over time, and prioritize improvements that reduce risk.
Turn Microsoft Security Data Into Meaningful Client Conversations
Many MSPs rely on screenshots, spreadsheets, and manually created slide decks to communicate Microsoft security recommendations during QBRs and strategic reviews.
Microsoft Secure Score Deliverables eliminate that manual work by automatically pulling data from Microsoft 365 and presenting it in a clear, client-friendly format directly within Lifecycle Manager.
The result? Better security conversations, less preparation time, and a more professional experience for your clients.
What's Included?
The Microsoft Secure Score Deliverable provides a comprehensive view of a client's Microsoft security posture, including:
All data is automatically formatted into a polished Deliverable that can be presented during client meetings or exported as a branded PDF report.

Built for QBRs, Security Reviews, and Roadmap Planning
Microsoft Secure Score is valuable, but the raw Microsoft experience can be difficult to contextualize for clients.
Lifecycle Manager helps bridge that gap by transforming technical security data into a business-focused story that supports roadmap discussions, security planning, and ongoing risk management.

Additional Microsoft Integration Improvements
Alongside Microsoft Secure Score Deliverables, we've also made important improvements to the Microsoft integration experience.
Automatic Client and Contact Creation
When a Microsoft 365 organization is connected and no matching client exists in Lifecycle Manager, the platform can now automatically create the associated client and contact records. This helps streamline onboarding and reduces the manual effort required to connect Microsoft environments.
Smarter Client Matching
We've also introduced fuzzy matching for Microsoft organization names to improve client matching accuracy and help prevent duplicate client creation. This makes Microsoft synchronization more reliable while reducing administrative cleanup for MSPs.
Together, these enhancements make it easier to connect Microsoft 365 environments, maintain clean client records, and unlock the full value of Microsoft-powered Deliverables.
Available Now
Microsoft Secure Score Deliverables are now available in Lifecycle Manager for partners who have connected Microsoft 365.
