Create Quotes Faster and Connect Quoting to Your Workflows
MSPs can now generate quotes directly through ScalePad public APIs, without opening Quoter to build each one by hand. Teams can also connect these same APIs to AI tools through the ScalePad MCP server, so an AI agent can generate a quote directly from a prompt instead of a manual workflow. That means faster quote creation, more consistency across the team, and a quicker path from request to proposal, which is especially helpful for teams that send similar quotes regularly.
Contacts API are also now available in the ScalePad public API to find and retrieve contacts.
Reliable Access to Full Quote Details
The new Get Quote API endpoint makes it easier for MSPs to work from complete quote details. This is especially valuable when quotes include bundles, optional choices, or other selections, giving MSPs a clearer picture of what has been selected and what may still change where selections are required, so fewer details slip through the cracks. It also unlocks custom reporting and workflows, letting MSPs pull full quote data into their own dashboards or trigger downstream processes, like fulfillment or invoicing, as soon as a quote is updated.
