New Integration: Sophos + Lifecycle Manager in Deliverables

Turn Sophos EDR data into client-ready Lifecycle Manager Deliverables for security reviews, QBRs, and prioritized next steps.

EDR data is only as useful as the decisions it helps clients make. With the new Sophos EDR Deliverables report, Partners can bring endpoint security context from Sophos into a structured, client-ready review in Lifecycle Manager—alongside assessments, hardware, roadmaps, and budgets.

This update extends the existing Sophos integration, which syncs clients and devices into Lifecycle Manager, so security information can be presented as part of the work your team is recommending—not left in a separate console.

Give EDR Findings a Place in the Plan

Security reporting should do more than document what is happening. It should help clients understand where they stand, what deserves attention, and which actions belong on the plan.

Add the Sophos EDR report to a Deliverable to:

  • Show Sophos-managed endpoint context alongside the broader client environment
  • Explain security observations without asking clients to navigate Sophos Central
  • Support recommendations with information from the tools your team already uses
  • Create a repeatable structure for security-focused client reviews

What the Sophos EDR Report Adds

The new section uses Sophos EDR information already connected to Lifecycle Manager and gives your team a focused way to discuss endpoint security posture and device context.

Because the report sits inside the Deliverables experience, Sophos information can be reviewed alongside the client’s goals, assessments, hardware, roadmap, and budget. This makes it easier to connect security observations to the operational and strategic decisions that follow.

Make Security Reviews More Actionable

Use the Sophos EDR report during QBRs, security reviews, and planning conversations. Start with the client’s current endpoint environment, identify areas that need follow-up, and use the broader Lifecycle Manager context to explain what should happen next.

Pair the Sophos EDR section with the rest of the Deliverable to show how endpoint security fits into the client’s wider technology plan. That could include validating an assessment finding, prioritizing a roadmap initiative, or supporting a conversation about future investment.

A Consistent Way to Present Security Work

Lifecycle Manager Deliverables can be presented live, shared through a secure link, or exported as a branded PDF. Partners can standardize how EDR information appears in client reviews, reduce the need for manual screenshots and exports, and spend more time guiding the conversation.

How to Add Sophos EDR

If Sophos is already connected to Lifecycle Manager:

  1. Create or open a client Deliverable.
  2. Add the Sophos EDR section.
  3. Place it alongside the sections that support the review, such as Assessments, Hardware, Roadmap, or Budget.
  4. Configure and publish the Deliverable, then present it live, share it through a secure link, or export it as a PDF.
