An accurate device inventory is the starting point for better client planning. The Heimdal integration already brings device and contact information into Lifecycle Manager; Partners can now use that connected information in a Deliverable designed for client reviews.
The new report gives MSPs a practical way to turn day-to-day device-management data into a clearer view of the environment, the decisions ahead, and the work required to support it.
Make Device Information Useful Beyond the RMM
RMM data is essential for operating an environment, but it also gives MSPs the context they need for lifecycle conversations. With the new Heimdal Deliverables report, Partners can bring device information into the same client review as hardware, goals, assessments, roadmaps, and budgets.
Use it to:
- Review the managed environment using current device information
- Identify lifecycle and technology opportunities worth raising
- Support recommendations with data from the systems your team already uses
- Give account teams and clients a shared view of what is being managed
What the Heimdal Report Adds
Once Heimdal is connected, its device data can be included as a dedicated section in a Lifecycle Manager Deliverable. The connected information provides inventory and operational context, including device details, operating systems, and recent check-in activity where available.
Rather than keeping that information in an RMM-only workflow, the report makes it part of the client story your team brings to a review.
A Better Foundation for Lifecycle Decisions
Use the Heimdal report when reviewing technology health, planning refresh cycles, validating the current estate, or discussing upcoming projects. Current device information helps Partners ground recommendations in what is actually deployed and connect operational data to lifecycle decisions.
Lifecycle Manager Deliverables can be presented live, shared through a secure link, or exported as a branded PDF. That gives your team a repeatable way to turn inventory context into a focused conversation about priorities and next steps.
Put the Report to Work
If Heimdal is already connected to Lifecycle Manager:
- Create or open a client Deliverable.
- Add the Heimdal section.
- Arrange it with the other sections that support the review, such as Hardware, Roadmap, Budget, or Goals.
- Present the Deliverable live, share it through a secure link, or export it as a PDF.
