Your QBRs should drive pipeline, not extra admin work. Today, we’re rolling out a major upgrade to Lifecycle Manager that turns roadmap conversations into real, trackable sales opportunities in your PSA, plus a deeper HaloPSA integration to top it off.
Turn an Initiative into an opportunity without leaving LM.
From any Initiative, you can create or link a PSA opportunity and capture the essentials in one pass: name, client, primary contact, owner/AM, status, notes/description, and expected close date.
Already created it in the PSA? Search and link the existing record by name, then open in PSA or unlink anytime.
Because the opportunity stays tethered to the Initiative, opportunity status automatically reflects in your roadmap, keeping sales forecasts and delivery plans aligned.
We’ve taken HaloPSA support from asset-only data to full operational alignment.
Here’s how this release streamlines your day-to-day, from QBR decisions to booked revenue, without adding admin overhead.
I already have a HaloPSA integration with Lifecycle Manager. Will these changes reflect in my account automatically?
Great question! You will likely have to update some permissions to allow HaloPSA to sync the contract, ticket and opportunity data.
Please check our HaloPSA Integration Guide to make sure you can take advantage of the full feature set.
We’re listening, keep those ideas coming in the community. These capabilities have been among the most up-voted requests, aimed squarely at eliminating duplicate data entry and streamlining QBR-to-execution workflows:Get started by signing into Lifecycle Manager and integrating HaloPSA.
