  • What does the activation fee include?
    The activation fee includes supported onboarding with the Success Team, including help with products and services, proposal styling, account settings, and integrations.
  • What happens if I reach my monthly quote limit?
    If your monthly published quote limit is reached, you can still draft quotes and publish revisions to existing quotes. New published quotes resume when the monthly limit resets, or you can upgrade to a higher-volume plan.
  • What if we need higher quote volume?
    Quoter plans scale by monthly published quote volume. If your team regularly needs more volume than your current plan includes, ScalePad can help you move to the right plan for your sales motion.
  • Do I need a payment gateway to accept online payments?
    Yes. To accept online payments through Quoter, you need a supported third-party payment processor such as Stripe, Authorize.net, PayPal, or another supported provider.
  • Does ScalePad charge transaction fees for online payments?
    No. ScalePad does not charge transaction fees for payments accepted through Quoter, though your payment processor may charge its own fees.
  • How is Quoter billed?
    Quoter is billed monthly on a 12-month term based on your selected plan. You receive an invoice each month showing the charges for that billing period.
