These Promotional Pricing Terms ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the limited-time Essentials pricing for ControlMap offered by ScalePad Inc. (“ScalePad”). By subscribing to the Essentials tier under this offer, you agree to these Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Offer Eligibility
- This limited-time offer is available to new ControlMap subscribers only.
- To qualify, you must complete a subscription to the Essentials plan between August 12, 2025, and September 30, 2025, inclusive.
- Existing subscribers are not eligible for this promotion.
- Promotional Rate
- You will be charged $99 USD per client per month (plus applicable taxes).
- This rate is valid as long as:
- Your subscription remains active and uninterrupted, and
- You do not downgrade, cancel, or lapse in payment.
- Standard rate is $149 USD per client per month (plus appropriate taxes).
- Price Lock Duration
- The promotional rate is guaranteed for the first year (12 months) of your active Essentials subscription. After this 12-month period, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current standard rate unless you cancel.
- ScalePad reserves the right to modify pricing for new subscriptions at any time. However, any changes will not affect existing subscribers under this promotional rate unless:
- You cancel or terminate your subscription, or
- ScalePad discontinues the Essentials tier (with 30 days' notice).
- Automatic Renewal & Billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled.
- You may cancel anytime. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for partial months.
- Where required by law (e.g., California, France, Australia), you will receive advance renewal notifications before your promotional period ends or upon significant price changes.
- Changes to the Offer
- ScalePad may modify or terminate this promotional offer at any time with respect to new signups.
- Subscribers who sign up during the promotional period will retain their promotional pricing for the 12-month duration, in accordance with these Terms.
- Governing Terms
- Jurisdiction-Specific Rights
- These Terms do not limit or override any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, including the right to withdraw from a digital subscription contract, where applicable.
- In the event of a conflict between these Terms and local law, the latter shall prevail where required.
