LogicMonitor is a cloud-based monitoring platform that gives unified visibility across servers, networks, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure—backed by thousands of out-of-the-box integrations.

By syncing devices discovered in LogicMonitor, Lifecycle Manager centralizes network assets, normalizes identifiers, enriches them with purchase and warranty dates, and (where supported) pushes cleaner records back to your PSA/RMM for a single source of truth.

Lifecycle Manager natively supports automated hardware data collection and warranty lookups across major OEMs, which means better Client planning and faster QBRs.

Devices & data in scope

If LogicMonitor monitors it, you can track it in Lifecycle Manager: firewalls/routers, switches, wireless access points, and other network infrastructure.

We import key fields (including ID, Name, Serial Number, Manufacturer Name, Model Info, Memory Total, Operating System, MAC Addresses, and CPU) to ensure accurate and actionable records. (Field availability may vary by device type and LogicMonitor data.)

How to integrate LogicMonitor + Lifecycle Manager?

You’ll connect using a LogicMonitor API  and your Lifecycle Manager integration settings.

What you’ll need

  • Admin access in LogicMonitor to create an API-only user (LMv1 token)
  • A ScalePad user account with Manage Sync Settings permission in Lifecycle Manager

Step 1: Create API credentials in LogicMonitor

  1. In LogicMonitor (admin), go to Settings → User Access → Users and Roles → Users.
  2. Add API Only User, set Status = Active.
  3. Add an API Token using LMv1.
  4. Copy the Access ID and Access Key, then assign the Readonly role and finish.

Step 2: Connect in Lifecycle Manager

  1. In ScalePad, open Integrations → Add Integration → search LogicMonitor.
  2. Enter Account Name, Access ID, and Access Key.
  3. Click Connect Now. The sync begins immediately.
