Terms & Conditions

This program runs from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 (“Program Period”).
This program is only available to Managed IT Service Providers who are using a paid version of ScalePad’s Lifecycle Manager (“Partner”).
Only NEW Infrastructure Protection and/or Workstation Assurance purchases (“Eligible Products”) during the Program Period are eligible for inclusion in this program. Renewals are not eligible.
A “Renewal” is defined as any asset that previously had an Infrastructure Protection or Workstation Assurance coverage product from ScalePad.
For every NEW Infrastructure Protection covered assets purchased, the Partner will receive a $10 VISA virtual/digital gift card or a $10 Amazon e-gift card.
For every NEW Workstation Assurance covered assets purchased, the Partner will receive a $5 VISA virtual/digital gift card or a $5 Amazon e-gift card (“Gift Cards”).
The Gift Cards must be accepted as offered, and there are no substitutes.
Gift Cards will be sent out monthly on or before the 10th of each month following the monthly earnings period. The Gift Card will include all earnings from the previous month and any reconciliations for prior months were reviewed and approved.
All Partners who registered in the 2024 Rewards program will be automatically enrolled in the 2025 Loyalty program.
One (1) initial email with the Gift Card earnings and Two (2) email reminders will be sent to the Partner to the email provided in the registration form.
By claiming Gift Cards Partners consent to the use of their likeness (photograph, if available), first and last name, company name, and company logo, to be used for any marketing or publicity purposes by ScalePad Inc.
Partners are required to sign a Claim Form to collect their Gift Cards to acknowledge receipt of the reward.
The Gift Cards must be claimed no later than March 30, 2026. After this date the claim period will be considered closed and no additional Gift Cards will be available for claim.
It is the responsibility of the Partner to declare any winnings or benefits from this program to the relevant tax authorities as required in accordance with applicable laws and regulations where the Partner operates their business.
Participation is void where prohibited by law or where business entities are restricted from participating due to regulatory constraints.
