Vancouver – CANADA – February 7, 2022 – For the third year in a row as ScalePad’s CEO, Dan Wensley has been named as a Channel Chief by CRN, a brand of The Channel Company. This year, Wensley was joined by Luis Giraldo, ScalePad’s Chief Experience Officer (CXO), who was also named to the 2022 Channel Chief list, which recognizes leading IT channel vendor executives who demonstrate outstanding leadership, influence, and innovation and growth in channel leadership.

A panel of CRN editors selected the honorees for their channel dedication, industry stature, and accomplishments as channel advocates. The 2022 Channel Chiefs are influential leaders who continue to shape the IT channel with innovative strategies, programs, and partnerships.

Wensley, who has appeared on the CRN Channel Chief list consistently over the past 15 years is an entrusted leader in the ITSP/MSP ecosystem, and has brought more than 25 years of experience in helping propel organizations to success with ScalePad’s automated asset lifecycle management solution.

“To be recognized as a Channel Chief is always an honor for me, but this year I am especially proud of what we have accomplished in the channel,” said Wensley. “Our team at ScalePad has worked hard to develop our solution in order to bring value to our Partners, so to be included in this list with so many thought leaders in the IT industry is truly a reflection of the work and dedication our team of Rocketeers has put in over the last year.”

Giraldo serves as ScalePad’s CXO, helming it’s partner success team. He has been a consummate IT professional and product strategist, and provides thought leadership to the industry through his own experience building his own MSP business. Giraldo frequently presents on MSP best practices and strategy, and has been critical to new developments in ScalePad’s platform.

“I’m very honored to be joining Dan and our fellow channel colleagues on the CRN Channel Chief list and to be recognized as a leader in the IT industry,” said Giraldo. “The investment we have made this year has expanded our industry-leading warranty software to include new developments through ScalePad Strategy that address the challenges MSPs face with measuring, monitoring, and communicating risk to their clients. With these additions, we look to improve our Partner’s client relationships with the goal of getting clients to modernize their technology to mitigate risk.”

“CRN’s 2022 Channel Chiefs recognition is given exclusively to the foremost channel executives who consistently design, promote, and execute effective partner programs and strategies,” said Blaine Raddon, CEO of The Channel Company. “We’re thrilled to recognize the tireless work and unwavering commitment these honorees put into fostering outstanding business innovation and building strong partner programs to drive channel engagement and success.”

In the past year, investment from Integrity Growth Partners has enabled ScalePad to expand into six additional countries in EMEA, while adding more integration tools. The ScalePad Strategy feature-set was developed to address the challenges of measuring, monitoring, and communicating risk by making data actionable through a technology health score, known as the Digital Maturity Index, (DMI™). This score provides critical insights and the framework for immediate action by Partners to improve their clients experience.

ScalePad also acquired Backup Radar, an end-to-end automation platform for backup monitoring, reporting, and compliance. Combined, the two solutions provide IT service providers with the ability to achieve better technology outcomes through data-driven insights, automation, and scalability.
