Every month, we ship new capabilities with one goal in mind: helping MSPs deliver more strategic value with less manual effort.
July was one of our biggest release months yet.
From AI-powered workflows and a completely redesigned Lifecycle Manager experience to new compliance automations and expanded integrations, these updates are all about helping you spend less time managing tools—and more time helping your clients grow.
Here's what’s new across the ScalePad platform.
Lifecycle Manager
Client Experience Beta Launches
Know what your clients are really thinking without leaving Lifecycle Manager.
Our new Client Experience (CSAT) module brings customer feedback directly into your Customer Success workflow. Run CSAT, NPS, Customer Effort Score (CES), Pulse, and custom surveys from your own Microsoft 365 domain, with responses automatically tied to the right client record. That means no separate survey tools, no manual imports, and no disconnected data, just actionable feedback that helps you improve service, strengthen relationships, and make every QBR more meaningful.
Client Experience is currently available as a limited Beta.
Updates to Initiatives, Budgets, and More
We also delivered multiple highly requested enhancements designed to help MSPs plan smarter and deliver better client outcomes.
Lifecycle Manager Integrations
This month we've continued investing in faster synchronization while introducing a completely redesigned Integration Center inside Lifecycle Manager.
The new experience provides greater visibility into synchronization health, integration status, client synchronization, record counts across each data type, and detailed reasons behind sync failures. We've also expanded our growing integrations ecosystem, making it even easier to connect Lifecycle Manager with the tools you rely on.
ControlMap
Compliance is becoming a strategic service—not just another checkbox.
This month's updates continue making it easier for MSPs to operationalize compliance across every client.
Reusable Tech Stacks
Create reusable Tech Stacks and Quick Assessments once at the MSP level, then apply them across eligible clients while ControlMap Copilot uses the products in each stack to suggest answers to relevant assessment questions for partner review.
Expanded Public API
New read and write access for controls and compliance documents gives partners more flexibility to automate custom compliance workflows.
Expanded Framework Support
ControlMap now supports:
- ISO 9001:2015
- Cyber Essentials v3.3
- Maritime Security (33 CFR Part 101) CMMC mappings
- ISO 42001 crosswalks
- Updated ISO 27001 mappings
Updated Universal Master Assessment
The Universal Master Assessment has been updated with new questions covering modern passwordless authentication methods, including passkeys, biometrics, security keys, push notifications, and one-time codes. These additions help ensure assessments reflect today's authentication best practices and evolving security standards.
ControlMap Integrations:
- Backup Radar: Automatically sync backup monitoring evidence into ControlMap, reducing manual compliance work while keeping audit evidence continuously up to date.
- Cavelo: Convert Cavelo vulnerability and CIS Benchmark data into auditor-ready compliance evidence, helping reduce manual effort while improving audit readiness.
Quoter
Expanded Public API
With access to full quote details and contacts via API, MSPs can quote faster (and win more) with a streamlined quote-to-cash workflow.
Backup Radar
Backup Radar received several updates this month to help MSPs identify issues faster and simplify day-to-day monitoring.
New filters make it easy to spot failed backups, warnings, and devices with no successful backups in days, while enhanced dashboard widgets provide clearer visibility into backup health at a glance. We've also improved Daily Activity reporting with PSA ticket numbers, dynamic ticket tags, and a more streamlined interface, plus added new dashboard visualization options to make monitoring even more flexible.
New Integrations
Connect directly through the Axcient API for:
- Faster onboarding
- Centralized Microsoft 365 backup visibility
- Simpler monitoring
- Less dependence on email notifications
