ScalePad’s October product release roundup highlights new ways you can turn data into action across MSP tools. Discover new Lifecycle Manager deliverables and integrations, ControlMap compliance and evidence updates, Quoter improvements, and Backup Radar enhancements.
Lifecycle Manager
SaaS Management and Software Data in Deliverables
Two new Deliverable sections are now available in Lifecycle Manager, helping MSPs show clients how their teams use SaaS and identify which applications in their software stack may be nearing end of support.
By turning this data into clear, client-ready insights, MSPs can support stronger QBR conversations and help clients make more informed technology decisions.

Lifecycle Manager Integrations
We’ve added new integrations to help MSPs bring more security and device data into Lifecycle Manager and their client-ready Deliverable reports:
Together, these integrations make it easier to connect important security and device information to the broader client lifecycle, giving MSPs more data to support client reporting, planning, and strategic conversations.
ControlMap
This month’s ControlMap updates make it easier to prepare complete evidence packages, manage synchronized assets, expand API-powered workflows, and reduce duplicate compliance work.
- More Complete Framework Evidence Reports: Framework Evidence Reports now include policies, procedures, and governance documents (including ones from Confluence) for a more complete evidence package for audits and documentation.
- More Control Over Synchronized Integration Assets: Filter synchronized assets using configured names and keep intentionally excluded assets out of scope. Those exclusions persist after a re-sync, so you don’t have to remove the same assets again.
- New Data Available Through the API: The Public API now supports implementation statements, health score history, framework sub-objectives, and more precise evidence and action item mapping—making it easier to use ControlMap data in workflows and reports.
- FedRAMP 20x Support: ControlMap now supports FedRAMP 20x Classes A, B, and C, including requirement tag filtering, for focusing assessments on the requirements that apply.
- Reuse More Work Across Frameworks: Jump Start now carries completed work between SOC 2 and NIST 800-53 Rev. 5. We have also expanded FedRAMP cross-framework mappings to ISO 27001 and NIST CSF, helping reduce duplicate work.

Backup Radar
This month’s Backup Radar updates make it easier to identify monitoring gaps, work with audit data, stay informed about PSA integration health, and review historical backup activity.
- Find Unscheduled Backup Jobs Faster: Find backup jobs without a schedule configured and get ahead of potential monitoring gaps with the new Unscheduled Only filter in Audit and Daily Activity. Combine with existing filters, save to filter sets, and include results in CSV exports.
- Export All Filtered Audit Results: Export your complete filtered Audit results directly to CSV without loading or selecting each row, so it’s easier to work with large datasets.
- Get Alerted When PSA Integrations Disconnect: Get email and in-app notifications when a PSA integration disconnects to resolve sync issues quickly and keep data current.
- More Flexible Date Range Selection: Choose start and end dates beyond the dates currently shown for more flexibility when generating reports and reviewing backup data.
