With nearly 20 years in the MSP industry, Aaron Kennedy brings diverse expertise to his role as ScalePad’s VP of Operations. He began his career in the MSP space, also acquiring and integrating other MSPs before selling his own business. Aaron then founded an operational consultancy to enhance MSP operations.  He became CEO of Cognition360, which he led to a successful sale to ScalePad where he remains a key operational leader. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys time with his wife and three children, cycling, rock climbing, and a keen appreciation for sarcasm.
