Auto-grouping

Backup tickets are automatically gathered into a thread so it’s easier to see what’s going on. Group by company, device, job name or other fine-tuned options.

Auto-appending

As more tickets come in, Backup Radar will auto-append tickets to their related grouping. This puts stray backup tickets in their spot based on the logic you’ve set up.

Auto-closing

Once successful completion is reported, the group of tickets is automatically closed. Now your inbox only gets tickets that truly need your attention.

Go with the (work)flow

Even our default profiles will save your technicians time. However, you can tailor alerts to your MSPs unique workflow and service agreement levels. Set up Backup Radar to send workstation backup alerts to your help desk, or vital server backups directly to your network operations center.
